Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping, is what originally united the Crystal Queer$ team. We all met at a training called Tapping into LOVE, taught by Sonya Sophia, Master Practictioner and pioneer . This technique provides a safe container where each participant is supported by a certified tap practitioner to help unlock any stuck areas, or reprogram old patterns that don't serve, guiding them to bliss, or some kind of experience involving Radical Love and Acceptance. The technique that the Crystal Queers use is taught by the lovely Sonya Sophia, founder and leader of the World Tapping Circle and Tapping into Love Trainings.
